• 250ml (8 oz.) unsweetened almond milk
• 150g (1 heaping cup) fresh strawberries
• 67g (1 packed cup) fresh kale leaves 
• 100g (1 cup) blueberries
• 1 ripe peeled banana, fresh or
• 1 Tbsp. nut butter
• Dash ground cinnamon


1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend it, baby!
2. Pour into 2 glasses.
3. Enjoy! 😋
